1. Material Feeding
The contaminated bulk material travels continuously on the conveyor belt.
2. Magnetic Attraction
As the material passes below the magnetic system, ferrous particles and tramp iron are attracted toward the magnetic field.
3. Ferrous Metal Extraction
The magnetic force lifts the attracted ferrous material away from the main product stream.
4. Continuous Transfer
In the self-cleaning model, the separator belt carries the captured iron away from the magnetic zone.
5. Automatic Discharge
Once the ferrous material moves outside the effective magnetic field, it is released and collected separately.
6. Continuous Operation
The main conveyor continues operating while ferrous contamination is continuously removed.
