Magnetic Drum Pulley for Conveyor Belt
A magnetic drum pulley is particularly useful where the conveyor head pulley can simultaneously perform magnetic separation.
Instead of installing a separate magnetic separator above the conveyor, a suitable magnetic drum pulley can be integrated directly into the conveyor discharge arrangement.
This can be advantageous where:
Conveyor space is limited
Head-pulley replacement is practical
Continuous ferrous separation is required
Material is already travelling toward the conveyor discharge
A compact magnetic separation arrangement is preferred
