Self-Cleaning Suspension Magnet

Where continuous removal of captured ferrous material is required, a self-cleaning suspension magnet can be considered.

In this configuration, a moving belt or cleaning mechanism carries the captured ferrous material away from the magnetic field and discharges it into a separate collection area.

This can reduce the need for frequent manual cleaning.

For high-volume applications, this configuration may be more appropriate than a manually cleaned suspension magnet.
